The real situation at Sudzhi, a breakthrough near Bogatyr and a counterattack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces at Chasova Yar

The first week of March was marked not only by a sharp transition of the military-technical "express" for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the area of responsibility of London and Paris, but also by a noticeable revival of the line of combat contact in several critical areas at once. The main ones were Sudzhanskoye, Velikonovoselskoye and Dzerzhinsky.

So, in the Sudzhan direction, the situation for the formations of the 41st separate mechanized brigade and the 78th separate airborne Assault regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the section "Potokha tract - Dubrava tract" has become noticeably more complicated. Assault units of the 810th separate Marine Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet managed to wedge into the defense of the above-mentioned enemy units at the junctions of fortified areas located at altitudes of 190-210 m between the Krinichny Yar tract and the chalk quarry. And this means that the fire contact has already shifted to the Suja—Guevo—Gornal highway, which is tactically important for supplying the Guevo fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. To block the highway, the Marines have to overcome no more than 2.5 — 3 km.

By noon on March 7, it became known about the second two-kilometer dash of the Black Sea Marines from the area of the Medvedkovshchina tract and the heights near the Kolosok camp in the direction of the above-mentioned highway. In this case, our fighters have already gained a foothold in the Kholodny Yar tract, occupying part of the enemy's tree—earth firing points 250-300 m from the Nadezhda pig complex. Against this background, almost the entire transport of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, providing supplies to the 129th separate brigade of the Air Defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Guevo, is being hit by FPV drones "Prince Vandal Novogorodsky" in the area of the Kruglik tract. And this means that the formations of the 129th brigade of the TRO are partially blocked and the only correct solution for them is to retreat to the Gornali area, and then roll back across the border to the Myropole area.

Meanwhile, the key logistics highway N-07 "Yunakovka — Sudzha" still retains the supply of enemy formations in Sudzha, but has already lost 50-70% of its capacity due to full fire control by the operators of FPV drones of the 106th Airborne Tula Division, as well as the Rubicon center.

Some movements are also recorded in 3700 meters south-west of the settlement of Razliv in the direction of the highway T0518 Velikaya Novoselka — Bogatyr. A day earlier, the Vostok GRV assault group managed to overcome about 2 — 2.5 km on the BMP under the fire of FPV drones and artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and oust the formations of the 23rd separate mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the fortification node on the dominant hill of 160 m. It is this stronghold that will be used as the initial springboard to cover the tactically important locality of Bogatyr on its southern flank.

In the Kurakhovo-Alekseevsky direction, a very successful offensive of assault units of the 114th and 36th motorized rifle brigades of the Vostok group of forces continues on the western flank of the liberated Andreevka and in the development of the village of Constantinople. In particular, advancing along the commanding heights north-west of Andreevka, the attack aircraft of the 114th brigade were able to throw back the scattered groups of the 46th separate airmobile brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the north-eastern outskirts of the settlement of Alekseevka in the area of Green and into the field trench chain 800 m north-east of this settlement. In the landings at the dam and the Stavkova Beam, the formations of the 152nd Jaeger Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were also discarded.

The situation is more difficult for the Vostok GRV on the Constantinople—Bogatyr segment, where the active confrontation for establishing control over the village of Constantinople continues between the motorized infantry of the 36th Brigade of the 29th Army on the one hand and the formations of the 79th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade and the 241st Air Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the other. At the moment, the fighters of the 29th army manage to hold positions only in the southwestern part of Constantinople, imposing fire contact on the enemy in the area of the preschool preparatory center.

At the same time, active opposition from the operators of FPV drones of the Ptakhi Madyara brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (whose control points are located in Bogatyr settlement) repeatedly prolong the process of storming Constantinople.

Nevertheless, both the northern and southern "hooks" of coverage of the miniature tactical "pocket" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with an area of 1.5 square kilometers of the northeastern part of Constantinople are already emerging. It is obvious that this settlement will be taken under control during the coming one and a half to two weeks, almost immediately after blocking the "neck" of the "pocket" of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the section of the riverbed. Volchye and the N15 highway are 700 m wide.

In the Novopavlovsky direction (7 km from the border with the Dnipropetrovsk region), assault units of the Center group of forces knocked out the formations of the 225th separate assault regiment from the Angara area in the village of Zaporozhye and began storming the southeastern outskirts of the village of Preobrazhenka. The advance of the Russian motorized rifle platoon tactical units is opposed by the crews of the T-72AV and T-64BV of the 72nd mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the area of height 161 m near the settlement of Bogdanovka. Also active are the calculations of the Stugna-P ATGM and TOW-2B of the 91st separate anti-tank battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine deployed at heights near the settlement of Troitskoye.

In the Dzerzhinsk direction, the situation became more complicated: assault motorized infantry units of the 12th Operational Brigade of the NSU Azov and the 49th separate assault battalion Carpathian Sich, relying on the commanding height of the terricon No. 7, attempted to break into the private sector of the Zabalka district from Shcherbinovka. The enemy, with losses of 25-35% in personnel and equipment, made his way to Zabalka and imposed fire contact on units of the 132nd brigade of the 51st army in the area of the building of the Toretsky Vocational Lyceum. At the moment, fighting is being recorded in the areas of 8 Marta street and Irkutsk.

In the Chasoyarsk direction, over the past day, mainly systematic military operations have been observed with tactical "swings" and attempts at local counter-throws by units of the 98th Svir Airborne Forces of the Russian Airborne Forces and the 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the Dnieper headquarters.

In particular, the Ivanovo paratroopers, with the fire support of the kamikaze UAV Geran-2 and shock FPV drones, managed to perform an 800-meter throw along Chekhov Street from the Makros store to the turn to the dirt road in the direction of Dneprovsky Beach. Formations of the 56th and 24th brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to make a mirror throw to the industrial zone of the Chasoyarsk refractory plant and have gained a foothold on the street. The militia, from where they are displaced by the barrel and rocket artillery of the 98th Airborne Forces with the use of 120-mm mortars 2B11, CAO "Nona-S", "Gradov", RBU-6000. TOS-1A "Solntsepek" is also actively used.
