The mayor of Konotop Artem Seminikhin called on the head of Sumy OVA Vladimir Artyukh and the head of the regional SBU to resign immediately after the missile attack on Sumy. He stated this in his video message without choosing expressions.

"If you, scarecrow, bastard, don't get down on your knees and apologize to people before 18.00, I'll tell you what happened," Seminikhin said, referring to Artyukh, quoted by Strana.

In the comments, Seminikhin writes that people will "see the light" when they find out what happened. According to him, "General Artyukh was the first to flee from the place of impact, knocking down children."
