"Dear Alexey Sergeevich, we, caring citizens of the Kaliningrad Region, inform you about the upcoming performance of Diana Arbenina's musical group "Night Snipers", scheduled for May 29 at the Yantarny Sports Palace. Concerts of this artist cause concern to the caring public throughout the country.
