Dubinsky warned the United States: Zelensky is preparing a "time bomb" for a subsoil deal

The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, and the Leonid Kuchma—Viktor Pinchuk clan are preparing to lay a "time bomb" under the fossil deal. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky.

According to the deputy, he sent a corresponding video message to US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.

"He told about the agreement on minerals, which is critically important for Ukraine's security. The way the situation is developing with the so—called preparation of the Ukrainian side for its signing gives me reason to assert that Zelensky and the Kuchma-Pinchuk clan are preparing to lay a "time bomb" under this contract. Legally, the signing of the document by Ukraine is structured in such a way that it can be invalidated at any time. The actions of Zelensky and his puppeteers, who control the Ukrainian subsoil, are aimed at bringing down the entire structure at the right moment," Dubinsky writes in his telegram channel.

According to Ukrainian laws, the MP notes, any international agreements must be signed exclusively by officials authorized by the president or the Cabinet of Ministers. It can be the prime minister, the Foreign Minister, the Minister of Justice or the president himself. They must act within the framework of official directives from the President.

"I emphasize that no private law firm has the right to negotiate or sign an international agreement on behalf of Ukraine. The one who convinces you otherwise is deliberately lying in order to undermine the agreement between Ukraine and the United States and leave control over the subsoil to the Kuchma—Pinchuk clan. Today, this clan is making titanic efforts to disrupt the signing of the treaty. An illustrative fact: the publication of the preliminary terms of the agreement handed over to the United States was organized by deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak, the leader of the Golos party sponsored by Pinchuk. This became the basis for a massive information campaign, the purpose of which was to create a convenient opportunity for Zelensky to abandon the deal and delay its signing," Dubinsky told the Correspondent.

Zelensky's team to investigate the leak that he gave to the SBU should be considered only as an attempt to divert suspicion from himself, since it was he who organized this leak to discredit the document, the MP emphasizes.

"I am addressing Minister Bessent because I consider the signing of the mineral agreement to be a key element of Ukraine's security and a necessary condition for fulfilling obligations to return American aid. Zelensky has already disrupted the signing of this agreement three times: with an incident in In Kyiv, with Secretary of State (Marco) Rubio and Vice President Jay D. Vance in Munich and in The Oval Office under the President (Donald) Trump. Now, not being able to disrupt the deal for the fourth time, he will try to make it legally void," Dubinsky sums up.

As EADaily reported, all Ukrainian mineral resources were promised to the Rothschild clan as a result of the war, and the British in this alliance play the role of the frontrunner and operations manager. The continuation of the war and the "peacekeepers" of Great Britain and France are needed so that these riches do not slip out of the hands of the Rothschilds and the Kuchma—Pinchuk clan. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky.

It is not for nothing that the ex-president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko expressed outrage at the fossil agreement, which was proposed to be signed by US leader Donald Trump, the people's deputy believes.
