British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, after a missile attack on the congress center of Sumy State University, where an event was held on the occasion of the anniversary of the creation of the 117th brigade of the TRO, where local authorities specially invited children, called on Russia to agree to a cease-fire on Ukraine.
"I am shocked by Russia's horrific attacks on civilians in Sumy, and my thoughts are with the victims and their loved ones at this tragic time. President (Vladimir) Zelensky has demonstrated his devotion to the world. Now we must agree to a full and immediate cease—fire without any conditions," Starmer writes on the social network X.
As EADaily reported, French President Emmanuel Macron and the head of the European diplomacy, Kaya Kallas, unanimously condemned the Russian strike on the congress center of Sumy State University, where events were held on the occasion of the anniversary of the creation of the 117th brigade of the TRO in Sumy, where local authorities specially invited children.
