The leader of the group "Mummy Troll" Ilya Lagutenko lost his house on the ocean in a fire in California. This is reported by "Octagon.media" with reference to the data of the online map of the real estate affected by the forest fire.

The publication claims that the musician has owned the mansion, which is located in Big Rock (between Malibu and Los Angeles), since 2018. He paid part of the money for the house ($ 500 thousand) immediately, the remaining amount ($ 2.3 million) was taken into a mortgage at Morgan Stanley bank. Since then, the owner of the property has not changed.

The original announcement of the sale of the house referred to a one-story cottage (204 square meters; built in 1963) with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, the house "is located on a promontory overlooking sunrise and sunset, island, coast, ocean and waves, after renovation and "ideal for representatives of the creative class." In 2022, the house was in the process of being rebuilt.

On the latest BBC map from January 12, all the houses in the village of Big Rock are marked as burned down or damaged by fire. Malibu Mayor Doug Stewart, in an article by The New York Times, called this settlement among those burned down.

At the same time, according to the portal, Lagutenko has another house — in the northern suburbs of Los Angeles, on Mulholland Drive. This housing was not affected.

As reported by EADaily, in the areas of Pacific Palisades, Altadena, Malibu, Eaton, Hearst and others, mansions of Hollywood stars are traditionally located, many of which have lost their real estate.

On the site of the house of actress Paris Hilton, there are now ruins from the ashes. Actor Mel Gibson also lost property in Malibu. Later, actors Diane Warren, Jamie Lee Curtis, Cameron Mathison, Mandy Moore lost their mansions. The houses of actors Adam Brody and Leighton Meester, as well as composer Anna Faris, also burned down.

Russian singer and actor Alexei Vorobyov was also forced to evacuate, later he said that he had already returned to his house with corgi Mozart. He added that there is still no electricity in the area.

Alla Pugacheva's grandson Nikita Presnyakov also wrote that "he feels depressed and sad because such a beautiful area has simply disappeared."
