Escaped from Russian singer Alla Pugacheva received a unique national love, but did not appreciate this gift. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
"There is popularity, there is fame, there is success, and there is a unique phenomenon — love, popular love. Unfortunately, the person, I don't even know how to say, didn't appreciate, neglected. I can't say, I don't want to condemn, but I want it to be a lesson for all of us," TASS quoted the representative of the department as saying.
According to Zakharova, such a situation should become an example for all people who are forced to make an important choice in order not to fall into such traps.
"I believe that the only reason such things are given in life is for us to learn from them. Because this is really a very scary example," Zakharova believes.
At the same time, she stressed that Pugacheva performed songs that still remain great, but many people created these works — composers, poets, musicians.
"When we talk about greatness, we must understand that it was woven by a huge number of people: someone wrote poetry, someone wrote music, someone made fantastic arrangements. <> The songs, I assure you, will live. These were great songs, they remain great songs, they are already being sung and will continue to be sung," Zakharova is sure.
As reported by EADaily, earlier Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, paternity, motherhood and Childhood Vitaly Milonov admitted that he had not yet heard Pugacheva's "war songs", which were published on April 1. He called the singer a quirky grandmother who "needs to win the favor of the new owners."
