The Ministry of Defense confirmed a missile strike on Sumy, attacks continue with the help of UAVs

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has confirmed a missile strike on a military facility in the city of Sumy, which is under the control of the Kiev regime troops.

The corresponding statement was published on Monday, April 14, by the press service of the military department on its official resources.

"Yesterday, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the city of Sumy, in the conditions of active counteraction to the Armed Forces of Ukraine by means of electronic warfare and foreign-made air defense, struck two tactical missiles "Iskander-M" at the venue of the meeting of the command staff of the Seversk operational and tactical group," the report says.

The Ministry of Defense stressed that the purpose of the strike has been achieved. As a result of the defeat, more than sixty servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed.

Recall that on April 13, there were reports of a missile strike on two facilities in the city of Sumy. The Ukrainian State Emergency Service announced 32 dead and 99 injured, including 11 children.

Official Kiev is spreading information that only civilians were killed, there are allegedly no casualties among the military. However, it became known from Ukrainian sources that the strike was carried out on the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, built for the award.

It should be noted that attacks on military facilities in Sumy continue. This was reported on April 14 by Ukrainian blogger and politician Anatoly Shariy. According to him, Russian drones attacked a cluster of Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment today.

"I have been saying for a long time, unfortunately, civilians should leave Sumy," the author of the post concludes.
