From a sinking ship: "Azovets" Krotevich fled to London to destabilize Russia

The former chief of staff of the Azov brigade* Bogdan Krotevich intends to create a private company Strategic Operational and Intelligence Agency (Soia), which will receive intelligence about Russia, Belarus, North Korea and other countries unfriendly to Ukraine. He stated this to the British edition of The Guardian.

He is also going to act as an expert on relations with the West.

As part of this work, he hopes to spend time in London, while stressing that he is not related to the Ambassador of Ukraine to the UK, former Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, who is considered a potential future candidate for the presidency of Ukraine, the newspaper writes.

Krotevich also said that he himself does not intend to go into politics.

"I just want to destabilize Russia so that it can no longer fight," he said.

Krotevich also called on the current commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, to resign, because he does not have proper strategic thinking and gives orders "bordering on crimes."

"Syrsky is not trying to apply high science and military art," he said, accusing the commander—in-chief of having "only two functions: if the enemy attacks, you just throw more people there, and if the enemy surpasses you, take people away and say that you are worried about people's lives."

Krotevich also accused Syrsky of the blow inflicted on the Azov headquarters*. According to him, the unit "asked, insisted" that it be taken away from the front line, as the Russian troops were advancing, but "they (the command) specifically told us "no" — and we got a direct hit."

Ukraine has not found a way to conduct a maneuverable war, while "the enemy somehow manages to break through our lines every month," complained Krotevich.
