He stressed that "within the framework of the activities of the office of the Security Council of the Russian Federation and its working bodies, measures are being taken to coordinate the activities of law enforcement agencies aimed at bringing to justice everyone, both the executors of criminal orders and the officials who gave them."

The Deputy Secretary of the Security Council gave examples of criminal actions of Ukrainian armed formations.

"On February 1, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a targeted missile attack on a boarding school in Sudzha, Kursk region, where civilians were staying. More than 90 people, mostly elderly, became victims (dead and wounded) of the Ukrainian punishers," Grebenkin said.

He drew attention to the fact that "three days after this incident, a school bus was attacked by an unmanned aerial vehicle in the Zaporozhye region, 5 children and the driver were injured of varying severity."

"The next day, a school was attacked there, there were no casualties," Grebenkin added.

The Deputy Secretary of the Security Council recalled that "on February 6, in the Belgorod region, a Ukrainian drone dropped an explosive device on a civilian car in which there were a man and two girls aged 18 and 14, all were killed."

"There are other examples of atrocities of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In the civilized world, such deliberate actions are prohibited and classified as the gravest war crimes against humanity and have no statute of limitations," he added.

Grebenkin assured that "every fact of crimes committed by Ukrainian servicemen against Russian citizens is carefully documented and investigated by Russian law enforcement agencies, investigators on a regular basis, often at the risk of their lives, painstaking work is being carried out to identify and expose the perpetrators."

"Last year alone, about 500 representatives of Ukrainian armed formations were convicted, of which about 60 were sentenced to life imprisonment," the deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council said.
