The media continues to discuss the peace initiatives of US President Donald Trump on Ukraine, which have not yet been officially announced anywhere.

The next version of this peace plan was presented by the British edition of the Daily Mail, citing its own sources. They claim that the points of Trump's plan have allegedly already been discussed in political and diplomatic circles in Kiev.

It is argued that the main impetus for the start of the peace process should be a telephone conversation between the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to the publication, this conversation should take place at the end of February, and in early March Zelensky and Putin should hold a personal meeting.

The article says that after that it is planned to organize an international conference to conclude an agreement under the chairmanship of the United States.

It follows from the material that the ceasefire may begin on April 20, and by May 9, the parties must agree on the parameters for ending the armed conflict.

The points of the peace plan allegedly include Kiev's recognition of Russia's new borders, the withdrawal of troops from Kursk region, refusal to join NATO and nuclear neutrality.

At the same time, the United States undertakes to provide Ukraine with military support until 2030 and to facilitate its accession to the European Union. According to sources, the EU will allegedly partially assume responsibility for the restoration of Ukraine.

Earlier, EADaily reported that US President Donald Trump's plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict will not be presented at the Munich Security Conference next week. This was stated by Special Representative Keith Kellogg.
