The issue of transferring Ukrainian nuclear power plants to the United States was not discussed in a telephone conversation with President Donald Trump. This was stated during a visit to Oslo by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.

"Nuclear power plants will not work if they do not belong to Ukraine. We can't just dispose of these stations because they are state-owned. If the Americans want to take the NPP from the Russians, invest and modernize it, we can talk about it, but we have not discussed the ownership issue with Trump," Zelensky said, quoted by Pool No. 3.
