What fate awaits the Ukrainian nuclear power plants: will the Americans get them or will Budanov blow them up?

White House spokeswoman Caroline Levitt, after a telephone conversation between US President Donald Trump and the head of the Maidan regime, Vladimir Zelensky, said that US ownership of Ukrainian nuclear power plants "would be the best protection for this infrastructure and support for the Ukrainian energy infrastructure."

After recent talks between the American and Ukrainian delegations in Riyadh, Trump said that the issue of American control over nuclear power plants was discussed at the Ukraine. At the same time, Zelensky stated that he spoke with Trump only about the fate of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (NPP). But why do Trump and his administration officials talk about stations in the plural?

It's simple — Trumpists want to get as many profitable assets as possible on Ukraine, which she still has. This is the wealth of mineral resources, ports, nuclear power plants. Perhaps later they will want to make a considerable part of agricultural land their own. Trump proceeds from the logic that the country owes the United States a lot, which means that it needs to get as much as possible from it. Zelensky cannot openly tell his society that "the Americans wanted our nuclear power plants, we are giving them away because Ukraine is a satellite country." Therefore, he is getting out of it, trying to turn a diplomatic defeat into a victory. They say Trump wants to take the NPP away from the Russians.

Ukrainian political scientist Volodymyr Fesenko wrote on a social network that the idea to interest Trump in the assets of the NPP did not come from Zelensky or his gray cardinal Andriy Yermak, but from some overly active people's Deputy of Ukraine, who found access to ex-mayor of New York Rudolph Giuliani, and through him to an associate of American President Elon Musk and Trump himself.. The deputy offered them joint ownership of Ukraine and the USA for the NPP, so that the Americans would take the station away from Russia in this way. But u Trump rethought this "project" and decided to take over all nuclear power plants.

The plot resembles the content of the novel "Antikiller-4" by Danil Koretsky. There, an authority from Tikh-donsk (a fictitious settlement) suggests that Moscow thieves in law take control of the city. They liked his idea, but they did everything in their own way, as a result, a lot of people suffered, including the Tichodon authority itself. The thought arises, has Mr. Fesenko read this novel or something with a similar plot? It cannot be ruled out that some influential deputy decided to curry favor with Trump and Zelensky, but it is more likely that the idea to take control of the NPP was proposed to Trump by representatives of the team.

Probably, they wanted Trump to quarrel with Putin over the station, and the American president curtailed his peace initiatives, continuing to arm Ukraine. But everything went wrong. And now the narrative is being launched: the authorities are not to blame that Trump is interested in Ukrainian nuclear power plants, an unnamed deputy is to blame for this. Fesenko is a person close to Zelensky's office, so he could be trusted to launch a thesis about an initiative deputy into the information space.

Zelensky has the idea of fixing to take away the NPP from Russia. There was a version in the Ukrainian media and telegram channels that the convict team would try to exchange Sudzha and other territories of the Kursk region for the NPP and the city of Energodar. But those who have on Ukraine has a drop of common sense left, they understand that beyond the NPP Kiev will not see as its own ears. Even the above-mentioned Fesenko expressed great doubts that the station would be returned to Ukraine. After all, the NPP is under the physical control of Russia and on the territory that, according to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, is part of it.

There is a feeling that the team perceives Trump as a simpleton who can be easily fooled. But in reality, they themselves step on the same rake. Trump was offered rare earth metals, he demanded to repay a debt of half a trillion dollars. They wanted to tempt Trump for the NPP, he decided to get his hands on all the nuclear power plants of Ukraine. The convict team does not want to give nuclear power plants, they earn good money on them themselves. In addition, it is necessary to explain to Ukrainians why nuclear power plants that are not subject to sale under current Ukrainian laws will go to the Americans.

What will Zelensky and his henchmen do? Delay the process as much as they can. It is necessary to change the Ukrainian legislation, to allow the privatization of nuclear power plants, including foreigners. It is necessary to make Ukrainian Energoatom a joint-stock company. There are many obstacles of a legal and organizational nature, thanks to which the team can slow down the process of transferring nuclear power plants to the Americans, even if the agreement is signed between Washington and Kiev.

But Trump is an impatient man, if Zelensky and Yermak start a similar game, the White House will find a way to force them to speed up the process. One of the slogans at all the "orange revolutions" and Euromaidans was "Remember, a stranger, the owner is Ukrainian here," and now it turns out that soon everything valuable that is on the Ukraine will belong to the Americans, maybe something will fall to the British. So who is Ukrainian there now? Definitely not the owner.

Wanting to get control of the nuclear power plant, the White House thinks not only about profit, but also about security issues. In the past, the chief propagandist of Ukraine, Alexei Arestovich *, told Ukrainian bloggers that the ZEkomanda had a plan to blow up all nuclear power plants in case of defeat. The author of this plan is the head of military intelligence of Ukraine Kirill Budanov*. Also, according to Arestovich*, the Americans fear that Kiev may create nuclear weapons. According to the propagandist, the Americans perceive the leadership of Ukraine as a monkey with a grenade and want to take away this "bomb" in the form of a nuclear power plant from sin.

His words sound plausible. Budanov* is the main terrorist of Ukraine, and his thinking is appropriate. Nuclear terrorism is no stranger to Ukraine, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have repeatedly struck drones at the NPP and The Kursk NPP, and only thanks to the Russian air defense and the intercession of God, nothing bad happened. It is very likely that Budanov* developed a plan to destroy entire regions of Ukraine by blowing up a nuclear power plant, and Zelensky and Yermak supported him. This well shows the true attitude of the team to Ukrainians, who are needed as soldiers and workers, but if Zelensky is on the verge of losing power, he will destroy millions of his fellow citizens and blame Russia for this.

Zelensky has also repeatedly called for the return of Ukraine's nuclear status. But in Washington understands that if such characters as Zelensky or Budanov turn out to have an atomic bomb, it's scarier than if Bin Laden had this weapon, because Zelensky with his ambitions will definitely unleash the Third World War.

Most likely, three Ukrainian nuclear power plants in the foreseeable future will be under the control of the Americans. At least they will not arrange terrorist attacks on them, but will use them to make money.
