Kiev is ready to make territorial concessions as part of the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, but it is not going to recognize it legally. This was stated on Fox News by special presidential envoy Keith Kellogg.
So he answered the relevant question.
"Ukrainians are ready to cede the territories that Russia actually occupies, although not to recognize it legally forever. They agree to this option. They understand that when a ceasefire is established, each side will remain in its positions. This is what they are ready for. They informed me last week that they had already discussed this agreement. A ceasefire on the current lines is what they are ready for," Kellogg said, quoted by TASS.
According to the special envoy, the White House presented Kiev with 22 specific conditions for resolving the conflict, Ukraine agrees to them.
