Left-wing activists blocked the road to the co-chair of the Alternative for Germany party, Alice Weidel, who was heading to the AFD congress. This is reported by the telegram channel "Bild in Russian"*.

The congress takes place in the city of Riza near Dresden. It was there that the co-chair of Alternative, Alice Weidel, was driving in an armored car. On the way, her car was blocked by protesters from among left-wing activists. About 30 people got on the road right in front of the car, despite calls from the police to clear the passage. They shouted: "Nazis — out!"

"We are peaceful, and you are?" — the participants of the action shouted.

As a result, the police pushed the activists aside.

During the liberation of the passage of Alice Weidel's security, a small clash occurred between the politician's security and the protesters. But the barricade was cleared, and the car was able to continue driving.

"According to the organizers of the action, about 10 thousand demonstrators from all over Germany gathered in Riza to protest against Weidel's nomination as a candidate for chancellor. Nevertheless, having overcome all obstacles, she was able to get to the local sports arena with a slight delay, where the party leadership of the AFG gathered," the TC summarizes.
