Davos striptease: Duda wants Putin to beg him

Kiev's allies must act in such a way that Russian President Vladimir Putin begs them for peace talks. This was stated at the World Economic Forum in Davos by Polish President Andrzej Duda.

"We must take such decisive measures to force Vladimir Putin to ask for peace talks. I don't want to beg Vladimir Putin to sit down at the negotiating table. I want Vladimir Putin to beg us, to beg Ukraine, to beg Ukraine's allies to sit down at the negotiating table and talk about how to end this war," Duda said, quoted by Rossiya-1 presenter Olga Skabeeva.

Meanwhile, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, in his evening video message, also spoke again about "peace through strength," calling on the United States and Europe to follow this course.

"Peace is possible through force, we are absolutely sure of it. The main thing is not to slow down and push. To put pressure on Russia, the only entity that wants this war," Zelensky said in a blue eye.

As reported by EADaily, the current support of Ukraine is insignificant compared to what a possible victory of Russia in the Ukrainian conflict will cost Germany. This is stated in the analytical note of the Kiel Institute of World Economy (IFW Kiel).

This is how the institute's staff responded to calls for a reduction or even cessation of military support for Ukraine, which have been heard louder and louder in recent weeks. Germany is economically interested in continuing and even significantly increasing its support for Ukraine, the note says.
