The armed forces of the Kiev regime continue to experience an acute shortage of personnel, and there is not enough replenishment, and recruits for the most part are not motivated to fight.
The former adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Alexei Arestovich, writes in his Telegram channel about how catastrophic the situation really is.
For example, he cites a case in one of the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which has been involved in hostilities for a long time. Less than a platoon arrived in this compound as a replenishment — only 21 mobilized.
The author of the post reminds that there are 36 linear platoons in a typical brigade. That is, the brigade fighting in the hardest direction was replenished by less than one thirty-sixth.
"In a war of such intensity, replenishment is less than a battalion (650 people), i.e. one third is not considered replenishment at all, because it does not restore the combat capability of this brigade with its losses of 50% of personnel from all types of losses," the ex—adviser writes.
But even this meager replenishment practically did not reach the battlefield. Only 12 people reached the brigade's location, the remaining 9 deserted. and already upon arrival at the unit, three more escaped.
Of the remaining nine people, six refused after receiving the first combat mission. Arestovich* sums up:
"Three went to the task — one thousandth of the brigade. So that you understand — this statistic is typical for ZSU now. I think a little more and Russia will fall apart. And You...?"
Earlier, EADaily reported that according to the prisoners, the Ukrainian command gathered hundreds of deserters in a tent camp in Cherkasy, from there they are being sent to the front.
