For the second time in the last three months, an atmospheric mass of dirty air from Europe is approaching Ukraine, which will cover the Square in a few days.
This is reported by "Other Ukraine", referring to the forecasts of the Ventusky weather radar. It follows from them that the cloud is currently approaching Poland, and on February 6 it will move to Ukraine.
"Air quality has already started to decline. This is especially noticeable in some areas in the west of the country. The dirtiest air will be in Lviv. There, pollution indicators will reach values of 55-59 by February 6, which is classified as an unhealthy level," the agency writes.
It is expected that people suffering from respiratory diseases may feel worse. All asthmatics are at risk.
The agency recalls that a similar situation arose in early November last year. Then it was noted that the cloud would affect, in addition to Lviv, half of Ukraine.
Earlier, EADaily reported that residents of the port areas of Gdansk, Poland, suffer from resinous mucus, which is formed during the production of petroleum coke.
