Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan is confident that the trade war in the world will only grow. Therefore, he added, Ankara is already calculating the possible risks and intends to take appropriate steps in the future. This was announced today, February 4, RIA Novosti reports.
The Turkish President made such theses at a meeting to promote the national employment strategy.
"Today the international system is going through a painful period. The geopolitical struggle is not going the way it used to. We are following the latest debate. The fight in the trade war will escalate. In such a painful context, Turkey calculates the risks and takes appropriate steps. We are reviewing our roadmap in the field of economy and trade and agreeing on our medium— and long-term goals," Erdogan said.
