The daughter-in-law of fashion designer Vyacheslav (Slava) Zaitsev, Ekaterina, 1.5 years after his death, decided to rent out the space of the Fashion House named after him. This is reported by the portal <url>.

According to the realtor, now it is possible to rent several areas at different levels of a ten-story building. The premises are rented for a cafe, beauty salon, office, for any type of business.

On the ground floor there is a photo of the maestro, in the windows there are mannequins in dresses.

"Yes, it's a shop. Zaitsev's clothes are there. They sell out. Something new was sewn. But the store is closed today, it doesn't work all days. There is no seller," the guard said.

He also added that initially, as soon as the lease offer appeared, there were a lot of people willing, but so far it has not been possible to find tenants.

"There are such labyrinths here. To get into one wing of the building, you need to enter the other door, go up through the elevator and then only go down. Many premises are ownerless. Now they are dismantling the rubble, throwing out a lot of old equipment — computers, sewing machines, papers, magazines. They take out several trucks a day," the guard said.

The most expensive location is on the ground floor, with storefronts and high ceilings, with an area of 110 square meters. The rental price per month is 330 thousand rubles.

According to an employee of the Fashion House, the entire building needs to be modernized, but so far there is no money for it. Only the school of models at the Fashion Theater brings profit.

There was a three-storey extension near the ten-storey Fashion House, but it was sold during Zaitsev's lifetime. Here was the maestro's office. The building had to be sold to pay off the debts of the fashion house.

Vyacheslav Zaitsev died on April 30, 2023, and his son Egor died in June 2024.
