Donald Trump's administration may play a remake of the 2019 political thriller under the title "China must pay trillions for coronavirus." Among the powerful information noise accompanying the Trump administration, an interesting statement was made by the head of the Department of Government Efficiency, Elon Musk, who publicly accused China of involvement in the creation of the coronavirus in the very laboratory in Wuhan. Moreover, Musk clarified that the Chinese allegedly created the coronavirus with USAID money. By promptly tying this agency to the topic, which the Trumpists turned into a "scapegoat", appointing her guilty of all the ills of humanity.
In early February, Elon Musk accused USAID of financing the very laboratory in Wuhan (China), "where it came from," according to official legend, the coronavirus Covid-19.
So Musk commented on the repost of the user Kanekoa The Great, who stated that it was the CIA and USAID that funded the work of that very institute in Wuhan, which is considered the "cradle" of the Covid-19 coronavirus.
"The CIA lied to the American people about the origins of Covid-19, because admitting this truth will reveal its likely role in spending taxpayers' money through USAID to fund research to improve the functionality of the laboratory in Wuhan," wrote a user under the nickname Kanekoa The Great.
This user is directly referred to by some American media as an "extremist" and a "conspiracy theorist" for his critical posts about Covid-19.
"Did you know that USAID, using YOUR tax dollars, funded bio-weapon research, including Covid-19, which killed millions of people?" — in turn, Musk wrote on his social network.
Recall that during the first presidential term, Trump, among other things, acted as a director, producer and performer of the main role in the series "The US President against China." When the coronavirus "epidemic" broke out, Trump did not fail to use this as an excuse to "run into" China. Of course, the Trump administration has not only attacked China. For example, Secretary of State Michael Pompeo publicly accused the Iranian authorities of being "closed" due to the fact that Tehran allegedly hides information about the number of cases in the country.
On March 13, 2020, Trump declared a state of emergency in the United States due to the coronavirus.
The economic crisis began in the USA: the stock market collapsed, unemployment jumped sharply, millions of employees were on unpaid leave or even on the street. In one week alone, applications for unemployment benefits in Michigan increased by 2,100%. This is a brief synopsis of the assessment given by the CBS channel of the situation in the USA.
In this regard, Trump decided to appoint China as the "main culprit" in the emergence and spread of coronavirus. Iran also got a rebound, although the accusations against Tehran do not lend themselves to normal logic.
A few days later, Secretary of State Pompeo doublet accused Iran and China of a "disinformation campaign" about the coronavirus. Pompeo accused Iran that Tehran, like China, is "falsely trying to blame the United States" for the creation and spread of the coronavirus.
The "shelling" of accusations was increasing. A number of US senators (Lindsey Graham*, Thom Tillis and others) have registered in The Senate is passing a bill on sanctions against China if Beijing does not provide full information on the origin of the coronavirus. We understand that if Beijing provides, then you can always find fault that this information is incomplete. There would be a desire.
Then a number of senators suggested that if China is "to blame", then the United States should abandon debt obligations to the PRC (for a moment, in the amount of more than $ 1 trillion!)
"We don't need to give them a penny, because they have already cost our economy trillions of dollars," urged Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn (Tennessee).
Then Trump got so upset that he began to throw thunder and lightning all over the world, threatening to demand trillions of dollars in "reparations" from China.
Suddenly, in an instant, the US president suddenly "changed the record." Just now, speaking at the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, Trump was tearing up and raging, demanding "... to bring to justice the country that spread this plague around the world - China." When suddenly, abruptly "hit the brakes." On April 27, 2020, at a briefing at the White House, no matter how much a journalist from Germany tried to get Trump to specify what figure of "reparations" the United States would demand from China, she did not achieve anything. "What specific figure of claims are the United States going to put up to China?", the journalist tried to find out.
But no matter how much she asked Trump to tell at least what method the United States would use to calculate the amount of "reparations" — it was useless, Trump suddenly started talking in general phrases and began to move away from the topic in general.
"We could have done something simpler, we have ways to do something much simpler than that."… We are talking about a much larger amount than Germany," Trump suddenly muttered.
It turned out that this was not an accident. More as president, Trump did not demand any "reparations" from China, although he tried to continue to blame (but without the previous fuse).
And what happened? It was during these days that there was a scandal with the Pentagon's biolabs on Ukraine, thundered all over the world. After Ukrainian opposition politicians published information about the work of biolabs, the US Embassy was forced to admit that indeed laboratories studying dangerous viruses operate on the territory of Ukraine. Of course, in the style of "Darling, this is not what you thought!" But still admit it.
And, what is especially important, for some reason these biolabs do not obey The Ministry of Health, and the US Department of Defense, i.e. The Pentagon.

It is now obvious that the scandal turned out to be very beneficial to China. What is called, "at the right time and in the right place." Because China has received a reinforced concrete argument to repel any accusations of Trump and White House officials. And even launch a counterattack (although very timidly, because Beijing did not demand any "reparations" from the United States). In the sense that what kind of accusations can there be against China, when the United States, it turns out, has built a network of biological laboratories in the former USSR, where dangerous pathogens are collected and studied?! This is according to the official version. But in fact, the task of the military is from The Pentagon, as well as from any military department, study how certain viruses can disable and destroy "enemy manpower."
Already at the end of April 2020, the official speaker of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Geng Shuang, referring to the scandal with biolabs, in diplomatic language gave the United States a "turn away." In the sense that what kind of talk can there be about the coronavirus from China, when did you build a network of biological laboratories that solve military tasks and work with dangerous viruses?!
"The United States has created many biological laboratories on the territory of the former Soviet Union, which causes serious concern among the population of the respective states and neighboring countries," was a direct reference to the Ukrainian scandal.
"The local community insistently demands that these facilities be closed. We hope that the American side will take a responsible position, take into account the official concerns of the world community and take real steps to eliminate such concerns," the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman expressed hope.
Further, Geng Shuang repeatedly attacked the United States from the highest tribunes because of the biolabs. The Chinese have become so emboldened, having such an argument as the exposed Pentagon biolabs, that Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Le Yucheng, in an interview with the American NBC for the entire United States, called any claims to China for compensation ridiculous, using the characteristic "political farce."
Importantly, on May 5, the World Health Organization actually sided with China, accusing Trump of not providing any evidence in favor of his version.
"We have not received any data or concrete evidence from the US government regarding the alleged origin of the virus. From our point of view, such statements ("such statements" are Trump's accusations that the coronavirus was artificially created in a biolab in Wuhan, China) are speculative," said Michael Ryan, head of the WHO emergency program.
The worst thing for Trump is that even the heads of the US intelligence services publicly opposed the US president and refuted his version in front of the whole world? Yes, that's exactly what happened. According to NBC, the Trump administration has officially instructed the National Security Agency (NSA), the Pentagon Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to collect evidence of China's guilt. But on April 30, the office of the Director of National Intelligence published an open letter on behalf of the US intelligence community, stating that the coronavirus was not artificially created. That is, China did not create the coronavirus in a laboratory in Wuhan, according to Trump, Secretary of State Michael Pompeo and other White House officials. Conversely, "there is a very high probability that the virus was created in the laboratory of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill," biologist Robert Redfield, who led the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) from 2018 to 2021, said earlier.
After that, Trump's fuse faded. Of course, after becoming president in retirement, Trump threatened several times to "present China with a bill for $ 10 trillion. at least." But it's clear that a retired politician can say whatever comes into his head, he's not responsible for anything anyway.
And now Musk is talking about China's "guilt" again. So, the White House is considering the possibility of a remake of the international political thriller "China is to blame because of the coronavirus."
That is, the United States is looking for China in the virus they created, the killer of millions of people. And whoever is looking, he always finds. Last time, because of Trump's attempt to "run over" Chinese partners, a scandal erupted around the Pentagon's biolabs. So, in the new version of the thriller, we are waiting for sharp plot twists.
