Channel One cut the song "Russians" from the concert dedicated to the Defenders of the Fatherland Day, which was performed by the Honored Artist of Russia, singer Yuta (Anna Osipova) together with the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Leningrad Military District. The singer announced this on her page on the social network.
"To throw out an Honored Artist of Russia and a whole Song and dance Ensemble is beyond the pale. Shame on you, Channel 1," the actress wrote.
In the comments, one of the users pointed out that the song "Heaven of the Slavs" by Konstantin Kinchev was also cut out, which was performed by the Honored Artist of Russia Yaroslav Dronov (SHAMAN) accompanied by children's, gymnastic, folklore and folk dance groups./
"A full stage of Sakhalin artists, with Russian flags! The children were preparing, rehearsing, smoothly, without a hitch, without a hitch, a wonderful number turned out! They didn't spare the children, they cut them out!" she stressed.
Many Utah subscribers called the incident a diversion, noting also that such a policy shames the country's main channel.
Later, Yuta wrote that Channel One explained its actions by saying that "there was not enough airtime, they didn't calculate it, and they had to throw out the song."
"I have three children, I am raising them alone. And it wouldn't occur to me to buy them two movie tickets and say, "Sorry, kids, I didn't calculate...". Because I expect in advance that there is enough in the family, and no one feels deprived," Yuta reacted.
She stressed that the timing of the song "Russians" is 2 minutes 25 seconds.
The attitude of Russians to the First Channel was reported by EADaily three years ago. Then only 3% of our agency's readers who took part in the survey "What do you think about the activities of Channel One?" chose the option "Competent strategy aimed at the benefit of Russia." 28% received the answer "Most broadcasts cause boredom or negativity." 22% were sure that the activities of the TV channel do not meet modern challenges and the status of the First federal. 18% thought that his work was "essentially anti—Russian," 7% - "generally not bad, but there are not enough decent programs," 22% simply gave up — "I haven't been watching for a long time, so I don't know."
The decision of Channel One to return journalist and TV presenter Vladimir Pozner, who has been silent since the beginning of SMO, with an author's film about Turkey in October last year, was actively criticized.
So, military expert and blogger Yuri Podolyaka considers the return to The first federal channel of Posner, which, after the start of SMO, left the Russia, and previously showed himself to be a Russophobe and an enemy of Orthodoxy, is a sad symptom. When asked if he was a patriot of Russia or not, Posner, a man with three passports, answered honestly that he, who had never considered himself either Russian in spirit or a patriot of the country, was just making money here. And he preferred to live in France (the place where he was born).
Actress and public figure Yana Poplavskaya also spoke about the return of Posner.
"The decision is not made by Posner. He is the author. The decision is made by the producer of the First Channel. I have a question: are we talking about a public channel or a private one? If it is private, then why on the first button? It is impossible to be baptized and show the fifth point at the same time," she was indignant.
