There can be no compromises on the issue of the deployment of foreign "peacekeepers" in Ukraine, Russia will not agree to this. This was announced today, March 6, by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during a press conference with Zimbabwean Foreign Minister Amon Murvira.
"We don't see any room for compromise. This discussion is being conducted with a frankly hostile purpose. They don't hide why they need it," Lavrov said.
He explained that in the case of the deployment of a foreign contingent on In Ukraine, Western countries will not want to agree on the terms of peaceful regulation, since this contingent will create "facts on the ground."
As EADaily reported, according to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, the West intends to deploy a so-called peacekeeping contingent of about 100,000 people in the country to restore Ukraine's combat capability, which will become the actual occupation of Ukraine.
