A group of six girls aged 12 to 17 years, hospitalized in the children's psychiatric ward of the regional hospital in the Czech city of Liberce, planned the murder of night nurses and all patients. This was reported by a local newspaper iDNES.cz

It is reported that the preparation was detailed and precisely timed. According to the Czech portal, the murders were supposed to take place on April 3 at 22:30, when only two night nurses were on duty in wards A and B, who were planned to be stunned and then killed. After that, the attackers wanted to break into the kitchen, arm themselves with knives and attack other patients. Subsequently, the girls planned to escape by night bus to an unnamed city, where they had to hide. However, it was not possible to realize the plan, as one of the girls, who was afraid for her life, told her sister about the plan.

After the arrest, charges were brought against at least two minors, one of whom was previously interested in the psychology of serial killers and admitted that she dreams of being in prison, and the second suffered from depression and a tendency to self-mutilation. She was also found with a razor blade, which was allegedly used in the attack. Forensic medical experts confirmed that both defendants were aware of the illegality of their actions and controlled themselves. Other girls who participated in this plan stated that they had no choice — they were intimidated and feared for their lives.

Despite the fact that the police have not publicly announced this case, the trial has already begun. It takes place behind closed doors because of the age of the accused. At the same time, none of the girls had previously been brought to justice. The next hearing will be held at the end of April.
