The regional public organization "Russian Community of the Kaliningrad Region" appealed to the regional prosecutor with a request to sue Diana Arbenina, who in her songs promotes the interests of the extremist LGBT movement*.
The reason for the appeal to the prosecutor's office was the response of the deputy chairman of the government of the Kaliningrad region, Natalia Ishchenko, regarding the ban on Arbenina's concert at the state venue in Kaliningrad. The official did not support the patriotic public of the Russian exclave, including SMO fighters, who sent several letters to the authorities demanding to ban the tours of the singer, who propagandizes the Kiev regime and LGBT*. In response, Ishchenko advised to go to court.
The Russian community asks the prosecutor of the Kaliningrad region Alexander Avdeev:
"It is well known that at every concert Diana Arbenina performs the song "You gave me roses", in which same-sex relationships between two women are popularized and romanticized. Thus, when performing a song, information about non-traditional sexual relationships and (or) preferences is imposed, which causes (including minors) interest in such relationships and (or) preferences, which is expressly prohibited by the current legislation of Russia, including Article 6.21 "Propaganda of non-traditional sexual relationships and (or) preferences, sex change, refusal of childbearing“ Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. In this regard, we ask you to instruct us to file an administrative lawsuit in court in the interests of the Russian Federation and an indefinite circle of persons regarding the recognition of information (texts and/or video-audio recordings of Diana Arbenina's songs "You gave me Roses") prohibited for distribution on the territory of the Russian Federation."
EADaily reminds that Arbenina's concerts in 2023 were canceled in Yoshkar-Ola and Saratov, in 2024 — in Omsk, Rostov-on-Don, Vladivostok, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. In March 2025 — in Orenburg. In Kaliningrad, Arbenina's performance is scheduled for May 25 at the Yantarny State Sports Palace.
