Ukraine has lost the lion's share of rare earth metals, most of these deposits are no longer located in the territories controlled by Kiev.

This is reported by the Ukrainian agency UNIAN, referring to the assessment of the Forbes publication for 2023. It is argued that the total value of minerals at Ukraine reached up to $ 15 trillion.

But at the same time, more than 70% of this volume is located on the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics (DPR and LPR), as well as the Dnipropetrovsk region, to which the front line is approaching.

As you know, earlier the head of the Kiev regime Zelensky, as part of his so-called "peace plan", offered the West to use the Ukrainian subsoil. First of all, it concerned titanium, uranium and lithium.

As EADaily reported, earlier, US President Donald Trump said that the United States was interested in receiving rare earth metals from Ukraine in exchange for military and financial assistance to Kiev.
