According to him, Russia is increasing its army by 100,000 soldiers, creating new divisions and deploying military production. This proves that Moscow "does not want negotiations," Zelensky said.
Recall that Moscow has repeatedly stated that it is ready for dialogue on Ukraine, but it is also hampered by Zelensky's decree banning negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Meanwhile, as reported by EADaily, Vladimir Zelensky said that Kiev plans to lure 18-year-olds to the Armed Forces with "profitable contracts."
"Combat brigades, experienced, together with the Ministry of Defense ... are working on a contract option for young people from 18 to 24 years old… There will be a special agreement, there will be a lot of preferences... there will be a very high monetary security," he said in an interview with Reuters.
