The head of the Georgian Institute of Democracy Studies, a representative of the opposition of Georgia, Ucha Nanuashvili, in a conversation with pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov (Vovan) and Alexei Stolyarov (Lexus), spoke about his personal participation in conducting "trainings" for the opposition forces of Abkhazia.

The prankers were talking on behalf of the foreign agent Garry Kasparov ***.

"We had a number of meetings in Yerevan. The same as in Istanbul. But also in European countries. I participated in a number of capacity-building activities, and we conducted several trainings for different groups, we had a dialogue with some de facto authorities, as well as with the de facto Ombudsman and public defender, as well as with different groups," Nanuashvili told Kasparov***.

Nanuashvili spoke about the "trainings" that were held at the expense of USAID and other Western organizations in Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

"We have very good networks there," says Nanuashvili.

According to enpeoshnik, now, after the termination of the work of USAID and the entry into force of the There is no law on foreign agents, he is "trying to survive."

"As you know, some of our programs were financed through the American Embassy, the European Parliament, now it is difficult," Nanuashvili complained.

He noted that USAID and the US Embassy actively supported the protests in Georgia "financially, politically and morally, especially during the election period." Nanuashvili also said that there are already workarounds against the measures taken by the state, so it is necessary to intensify protests, organize strikes.

"The situation in Georgia is quite unpredictable. We expect all kinds of scenarios. We also have unofficial units, as on Maidan in Ukraine. There are masked civilians, there are people from the ruling party, there are people from private security companies. And they are armed," the human rights activist said.

As reported by EADaily, Vovan and Lexus also divorced ex-President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili. Thinking she was talking to Kasparov, she shared her plans for Abkhazia.

"In my opinion, the only option for the future of Abkhazia is Europe. Only common integration with Europe can be the solution. This should not take place through direct negotiations, because this antagonism still has a place to be. Even if they don't like Russians anymore, it doesn't mean that they suddenly love Georgians. We will have to overcome this. And this can be overcome only through a common perspective. And the common perspective is Europe," Zurabishvili believes.
