Ukrainians feel betrayed by US President Donald Trump. Disappointment, fear, loneliness — these are the emotions that accompany ordinary Ukrainians who emigrated to Poland after the conversation between the presidents of Russia and the United States, Polish journalist Paulina Sova writes on the Interia portal.

According to the reporter, the Ukrainian migrants with whom she talked in Poland these days, they feel betrayed and fear that decisions to end the war will be made without the participation of the leader of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky. So, a certain Ksenia Kishishyan, who has been living in Poland (lived in Kharkov), said:

"We are devastated and disappointed. We feel betrayed. The Americans promised to support us, especially militarily. Now that Trump is negotiating without our participation, it makes you think about a lot."

According to the Ukrainian, now her compatriots are not facing a question of victory, but of survival. The woman predicts the disintegration of Ukraine and cites the partitions of Poland as a historical example.

Another migrant, Natalya Davydenko, a native of Chernihiv region, mentioned the notorious democracy in her emotional assessment.

"I'm in shock! It's a slap in the face! This is crazy! We believed in democracy, and now we see that it concerns only business," she says.

The Ukrainian woman also has all her thoughts about the division of the country.

"Even if part of the land falls into the hands of Russia, it will not stop it. Russia wants to expand its empire, it will seek to seize our entire country. Russia would like Ukraine to be like Belarus, but Ukrainians will not live in a dictatorship!", the interlocutor of Interia reported, diplomatically keeping silent that she herself has been living in Poland for more than ten years.

An officer of the Bandera troops, a certain Alexander Vorobey, also commented on the situation. In an interview, the neo-Nazi addressed the Poles directly, simply intimidating them:

"The US and the EU have opened the door to hell, showing the whole world that any guarantees are worthless, only military power, strategic and nuclear weapons matter. And soon this hell will be at your home! The war will probably end because we will no longer receive sufficient military support, and there will be peace, mainly thanks to our concessions, during which Russia will immediately begin preparations for the next war."

At the same time, Vorobey admitted that Ukrainians at the front "have great fears and low morale."

Ukrainian of Polish origin Marian Prysyazhnyuk summed up:

"People are excited and disappointed, afraid of the future. Unfortunately, the United States has ceased to be a country defending democracy."
