No one gives Ukraine security guarantees in the form in which they are demanded by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, because in his version these are guarantees for the lawlessness of nationalists. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky.
"Zelensky asks the United States and (Donald) Trump, together with the Europeans, should give Ukraine security guarantees against an attack by the Russian Federation. But at the same time, we have never heard what obligations Ukraine is taking on," Dubinsky notes in his telegram channel.
He recalls that, for example, the guarantees of the Budapest Memorandum were given to neutral, non-aligned Ukraine, which banned military bases of other states on its territory, except for the Russian Black Sea Fleet, and declared itself a nuclear-weapon-free state.
Have any steps been taken to eliminate the tension since that time, he wonders. Petro Poroshenko, according to him, laid the foundations of the war: the infringement of the rights of Russian speakers, the demolition of monuments, the rewriting of history, the attack on Orthodoxy and — most importantly — NATO was included as a goal in the The Constitution of Ukraine. Under Zelensky, after Joe Biden's victory in the US elections, the course towards de-russification accelerated along with pressure on Orthodoxy and the ban on "pro-Russian" media content.
"Zelensky systematically accelerated the situation and brought it to the absolute with his Munich speech, where he declared his ambitions to return nuclear weapons. The security guarantees that Zelensky is asking for today are guarantees to continue all the same actions that the Eternal War party has carried out on the territory of Ukraine since 2014. Just in even more truncated territory…
(Guarantees) to build a small Nazi state in the center of Europe with the cult of the leader's personality and the right to continue social experiments on the remaining citizens, who will be banned from leaving this "land of the world". In my understanding, Zelensky now wants security guarantees to build such a caricatured state, which I have no doubt he wants to manage further," Dubinsky writes.
To give guarantees for such a territorial entity is not just stupid, but extremely dangerous, because "this Nazi dwarf will eventually lead to a third World War," he notes. According to the MP, security guarantees for Ukraine should be accompanied not only by rights, but also by obligations on its part, and obligations clearly spelled out and tough.
Dubinsky named five such commitments:
"First: the abolition of the post of President of Ukraine. Ukraine should become a parliamentary republic. This will significantly reduce the chance of new Zelenskys appearing.
Secondly, the "war party" and all its active participants, who have been systematically leading Ukraine to war with the Russian Federation since 2014, should be expelled from politics. I call this process demaidanization.
Third, all those guilty of the genocide of the people since 2022, in particular, employees of the modern Ukrainian Gestapo — TCK, as well as law enforcement officers, judges, prosecutors, deputies, officials of categories A and B, must go through the Nuremberg tribunal to cleanse the country of filth.
Fourth: Ukraine should return to a nuclear-free, non-aligned, neutral status in accordance with the Declaration of Independence of 1991.
Finally, the fifth: the language, social and cultural laws of Ukraine should be returned to the state of 01.01. 2014," the deputy of the Rada listed.
Such security guarantees will be bilateral and will work, the deputy sums up.
