The new Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co—operation in Europe (OSCE), Feridun Sinirlioglu, agreed during talks in Moscow with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who noted that NATO member countries and The European Union has driven the Organization into a deep crisis.

"The organization approached the 50th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act, let's be honest, in a very deep crisis, into which it was driven by NATO countries and The European Union," stated the Russian Foreign Minister.

The new head of the Organization agreed to this. He acknowledged the correctness of the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry and said that it was necessary to return the organization to its former relevance.
