What Russian President Vladimir Putin says is a ping—pong game, Kiev would prefer to negotiate peace with Russian business and the opposition. This was stated at a briefing by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.

"It's like ping-pong — what Putin says, you can't always get an answer. I think that, in principle, we would agree to talk not with him, but with someone who would represent Russia," Zelensky said, referring to serious Russian business and the opposition, RBC — Ukraine emphasizes.

The Russian opposition will not be so afraid of Putin if the United States and Europe talk to it, Zelensky said.
