The military command of the Kiev regime decided to withdraw its units from the Gornal St. Nicholas Belogorsky Monastery.
This was reported to RIA Novosti by a serviceman of the 22nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 44th Army Corps from the Russian North group of forces.
He explained that the withdrawal of the enemy was a reaction to the threat of encirclement, as currently units of the armed forces of the Russian Federation have already blocked the monastery from three directions.
"It was possible to open the movement of the enemy from Gornalsky monastery in the direction of Gornal settlement. Apparently, the enemy understands that he is now in a fire bag," the source said.
He noted that during the aerial reconnaissance it was possible to detect the movement of the enemy, who is trying to withdraw in an organized manner to the nearby Gornal settlement in order to avoid complete encirclement.
According to the source, if the Ukrainian units are unable to leave the zone quickly, they will either be destroyed or will be forced to surrender.
Recall that after the liberation of Guev, our troops had to dislodge the enemy from the settlements of Oleshnya and Gornal before the complete liberation of the Kursk region.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the troops of the Kiev regime are no longer able to hold the remaining bridgeheads in the Kursk and Belgorod regions of Russia, where Russian troops are simply grinding the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
