Employees of the Federal Border Service of Russia twice refused to let a Ukrainian into our country, in whose phone contacts of law enforcement officers of the Kiev regime were found.

This is reported by RIA Novosti referring to the materials of the trial. It follows from them that FSB border control officers at Sheremetyevo Airport refused a citizen of Ukraine entry to the territory of the Russian Federation after arriving from Thailand.

After that, the man appealed to the court in order to obtain recognition of the decisions as illegal. He motivated his claims by the fact that he is a care worker for the elderly and children, has a valid residence permit and pays taxes in the Russian Federation.

The Ukrainian also pointed out that in His mother and brother live in Russia. However, all this did not outweigh the certificate from the border guards, which was attached by the court to the case.

It shows the results of the inspection, during which it was found that the man keeps the numbers of employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the SBU, the GUR and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in his smartphone. He is also subscribed to Telegram channels aimed at discrediting the Russian Armed Forces.

After analyzing the arguments, the court came to the conclusion that the contested decision is legitimate and justified, the agency summarizes.

Earlier, EADaily reported that a Russian court ruled in favor of border guards who did not allow a 24-year-old Ukrainian woman who arrived at Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport to enter the country. The reason for the refusal to cross the border was the contents of the girl's smartphone. Among the correspondence were statements discrediting the Russian military and citizens.
