Ukrainian medical agency: return USAID to us for CBD!

The panic that started on Ukraine, after Trump's decision to freeze aid from USAID, also covered medicine. And she revealed that she, it turns out, was largely tied to grants, and it is not clear how to function without them now, according to EADaily from Kiev.

Apparently, for the simple reason that the supposedly independent state turned out to be completely dependent on its overseas "benefactors". Which, as you know, do not give anything for nothing. Receiving flows of financial and other assistance from them, the Kiev vassals of the White House got so greedy and impudent that they plundered huge amounts of the state budget. And why not steal, if it can be replenished at the expense of allegedly gratuitous foreign infusions? So they replenished, transferring taxpayers' money to articles that allow them to engage in large—scale mining - military, etc., But only when this tap was suddenly turned off, it turned out that many industries were staggering. Including health care.

There is an alarm in ukroSMI and the public about the fact that after the Trump surprise it may suffer significant damage. Both ordinary doctors and big medical authorities are worried. (The latter hints that, after all, it tried as hard as it could to fulfill the tasks assigned). A particularly critical situation has arisen with the treatment of AIDS patients. It is reported that medicines and drugs for them are only enough for a couple of months. And other patients are also in an unenviable position. There are waves of rumors that there will be nothing to pay doctors and staff, nothing to support medical institutions, etc. Is it really so, the near future will show, but it looks very much like it. After all, the USAID agency with its grants, as we have already written, has captured almost all spheres of the national economy and public life. The tentacles of the USA have penetrated everywhere. And medicine is no exception. Funds for it were allocated under the program "Health Protection" and distributed through strictly defined and proven channels.

One of such channels — perhaps the most important — is the charity organization "100% Life" (formerly known as the All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS). According to its advertisement — "the largest patient organization in Ukraine". The main goal of the activity is called "advocacy and one hundred percent provision of high-quality treatment for people living with HIV/ AIDS in every Ukrainian region." The organization has been operating since 2001 and is the main recipient and executor of USAID projects.

He also acts as the "leading partner of the state in implementing medical reform" and the developer of the eHealth system. Annually provides services to more than 190 thousand people, 90 thousand of whom are HIV patients/AIDS. The organization has a state medical center with the same name. Its branches work in Kiev and other cities.

BO was recognized as the largest benefactor of Ukraine. I think it makes no sense to clarify that all charity was based on grants from USAID. One of its main achievements is considered to be "a significant contribution to the implementation of the eHealth system."

eHealth is a Ukrainian information and telecommunications system, which includes the central database (CBD) and other medical databases. It is owned by the National Health Service. The main role in its work is played by "international technical assistance" (primarily from the USA). eHealth is the brainchild of former Minister of Health Ulyana Suprun, popularly nicknamed "Doctor Death".

Dmitry Sharambey, the boss of 100% Life, was directly involved in the development of the system. As a teenager, he was a drug addict, spent his teenage years behind bars. The last imprisonment lasted 3.5 years. By that time Dmitry was 21 years old, and he began to develop the Protestant movement in prison. Then he acted as a "human rights activist." In particular, in the conflict between the hierarchy of the Kiev Pechersk Lavra and its clinic, which was located there, on the side of the latter. The vicar of the monastery, Metropolitan Pavel, demanded her eviction from the shrine. Which in a certain sense characterizes this medical institution. Under Yanukovych, the Ministry of Health gave the command to evict. Now they are trying to blame Vladyka Pavel for this. It is understandable: he took a swing at the US agent of influence.

As of January 11, 2020, 1,709 medical institutions, 25,195 doctors, 29,160,559 patients, 1,291 pharmacy institutions, and 13,688 pharmacists were connected to the eHealth system. Now — more.

Another similar system is Helsi.

"Helsi is the main medical system of the country, but you don't even know what data it collects about you," was the title of the material in one of the leading Ukrainian media.

However, the material was quite in the spirit of PR, and the further text reassured readers. Although it contained information that the attackers used the patients' information for nefarious purposes.

Helsi is an electronic medical system that provides users with access to patient databases. It is owned by a private company that has concluded a service agreement with the state. And it is connected to the CDB, that is, to eHealth. When asked if there is a threat of data leakage abroad, the Helsi director answered in the negative:

"Once upon a time there was a practice that someone kept abroad. Today this is unacceptable, because medical data is sensitive information, so they must be stored on the territory of Ukraine."

— Yeah, they should, but they are not stored, — our old acquaintance, a Russian from Kiev Boris, comments on his words. — There are already plenty of cases of leakage. And this is not unfounded.

Boris, a pharmacist by education, used to work for the state TV and did medical programs. And even then, 20 years ago, I drew attention to the fact that information about Ukrainian patients was floating abroad. I tried to make a broadcast about it, but the authorities wouldn't let me. From which I concluded that the highest ranks were involved in the theft. However, he has not lost interest in the issue. Collects facts on it.

— 30 million! This is almost the entire population of present-day Ukraine, according to modern estimates. And all of them are in a program that is directly funded by America. The fact that leakage abroad is impossible is true. Because this is not a leak, but a direct and targeted sending! Based on these data, Western pest doctors and pharmacists plan and conduct their experiments - first in biological laboratories, then on the population. All these covids and other infections are from these laboratories, which were also funded by USAID. This has already been voiced and proved repeatedly. And viruses were produced based on analyses of the same data on the health status of the population. On the basis of them, harmful vaccinations were also manufactured and imposed on the people, after the introduction of which there was a flurry of complaints. Naturally, in order to reduce its number — and what other goal can the world's backstage have, the Deep State?

A number of experts believe that American funding for Ukrainian healthcare will be restored. That Trump was outraged not by the fact that Ukrainians turned into guinea pigs, but by the colossal corruption and embezzlement of funds by USAID employees, along with their local partners. Perhaps drug trafficking with their use. But the United States is unlikely to want to miss such a tasty morsel as detailed information about the real state of health of an entire nation. And they will continue the previous line.
