Trump said that Putin may not want the end of the war, but simply plays along with him.

Perhaps Russian President Vladimir Putin does not want to stop the war, but simply plays along, and it is necessary to speak with him in the language of banking services and sanctions. This was stated on the Truth Social social network after a meeting with the head of the Kiev regime Vladimir Zelensky in The Vatican is occupied by US President Donald Trump.

"Putin had no reason to fire rockets at civilian areas, cities and towns over the past few days. This leads me to the idea that perhaps he does not want to stop the war, but simply plays along with me, and we need to act differently with him, with the help of "banking services" or "secondary sanctions." Sanctions? Too many people are dying!!!" — writes Trump.

Trump also reiterated once again that he had nothing to do "with this stupid war," except that at the very beginning he handed over the Javelins to Kiev.

"This is Sleepy Joe Biden's war, not mine. It was unsuccessful from the very first day, and this should never have happened — and would not have happened if I had been president at that time. I'm just trying to clean up the mess that was left to me by (Barack) Obama and Biden," Trump stressed.

Note that Trump published this post after a short meeting in The Vatican with the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.

It should be noted that something similar was suggested by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky.

"Trump and Zelensky agreed to continue negotiations after the service, Sky News reports. It's time to start worrying about Trump. If Trump still hasn't figured out who he's dealing with, then he's in danger," the MP wrote today in his telegram channel.

As EADaily reported, the second meeting of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, and US President Donald Trump, which, as stated on Bankova, was expected after the funeral of Pope Francis, never took place. This was reported by the Ukrainian media with reference to sources, the Strana newspaper writes. Later, the information was confirmed by Zelensky's press secretary Sergei Nikiforov.
