After the liberation of the Kursk region from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Kiev will be forced to sit down at the negotiating table with Russia, otherwise it may lose the entire Black Sea coast. This was stated by retired Major General of the Turkish Air Force Beyazit Karatash.

"Russia has removed an obstacle to future peace talks by liberating the Kursk region, and Ukraine has lost the advantage. It can be stated that the time has passed when Ukraine could put forward some new preliminary requirements for negotiations. Kiev, with the support of the West, tried to gain time by capturing the Kursk region, but to no avail. Ukraine will be forced to sit down at the negotiating table in the current situation. Zelensky must recognize the loss of Crimea, Donbass... Otherwise, if Kiev drags out the war, it will lose the Black Sea coast," Karatash told RIA Novosti.

Europe continues to obstruct peace talks between Moscow and Kiev in every possible way, the expert noted.

As EADaily reported, the Ukrainian Armed Forces were knocked out of the last settlement of the Kursk region, the Russian flag was hoisted over the village of Gornal. This was reported by the North Wind telegram channel.

Valery Gerasimov, Head of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, reported on the liberation of the Kursk region to Russian President Vladimir Putin today.
