Considering the genocide of Alawites and Christians in Syria, cooperation The Russian Federation with terrorist President Julani will be closed. It is much more promising to promote the creation of Alawite statehood together with the United States and Israel, the observer believes Pravda.Ru Lyubov Stepushova.

The jihadists who came to power in Syria began the massacre of Alawites and Christians. For the fifth day in the form of genocide, the uprising in the places of their settlement on the eastern coast of the Mediterranean Sea has been suppressed. The uprising began spontaneously in Latakia and a number of other cities as a response to the arrest in early March of two thousand people, mainly representatives of the Alawite and Christian minorities, as well as the "cleansing" of their villages.

Government "security forces" consisting of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS*) militants, judging by numerous videos on social networks, brutally kill civilians en masse, and do not spare children. It is estimated that about seven thousand Alawites and Christians have taken refuge in the territory of the Russian Khmeimim airbase. There is a tent camp, catering is organized.

The ambassadors of the Russian Federation and the United States requested emergency closed consultations of the UN Security Council on the situation in Syria on March 10. The general vision of the situation in Syria is similar.

The Russian Foreign Ministry on Friday, March 7, expressed concern, and also called on "all reputable Syrian leaders to do everything possible to end the bloodshed as soon as possible."

The State Department yesterday condemned "radical Islamist terrorists, including foreign jihadists, who have been killing people in western Syria in recent days." "The Syrian interim authorities must bring to justice those responsible for these massacres against Syrian minority communities," the State Department quoted Marco Rubio as saying.

Syrian President Ahmad Sharaa, the former leader of the HTS * Julani, because of his terrorist nature, could not, as promised, unite Syria. In the north of the country, the Kurds refused to cooperate with him, and in the south — the Druze, for whom Israel openly stood up. The Israeli channel i24 reported that the Alawite leaders sent a letter to the Israeli leadership asking them to protect them from the new authorities. Earlier, the Israeli Foreign Ministry called on Europe to "wake up and stop giving legitimacy" to the Syrian transitional authorities.

The European Union supported Sharaa and, together with Britain, gradually began to lift sanctions against Syria. The Sharaa regime also enjoys the support of Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

"The Kingdom confirms that it stands by the side of the Syrian government in supporting its efforts to preserve security, stability and civil peace," Riyadh said.

Sharaa himself accused "Assad's supporters and foreign powers," which he did not name, of trying to foment unrest. He promised to bring to justice all those who "exceeded their authority" "on both sides." For this purpose, the formation of an "independent committee" has been announced.

Russia, after Bashar Assad's forces literally surrendered the country to pro-Turkish Islamists, does not interfere in Syrian internal affairs. Moscow hoped to negotiate with the new authorities of the country on the preservation of military bases. There was a call from the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin Sharaa with the corresponding narratives. However, now the development of the negotiating position looks extremely doubtful — the terrorists have shown their true face, and Sharaa's assurances cannot be understood from the word "at all."

It is much more promising for Moscow to work together with the United States and Israel to create the statehood of the Alawites in the respective provinces, because it is there that the naval base of the Russian Navy and the Khmeimim airfield are located. In addition, Israel insists on maintaining the Russian military presence in Syria and asks Washington to support it. There is no worse dream for Israelis than the invasion of Syrian Islamists in their homeland.
