Russia expects to gain an advantage in the future, which will give it weapons systems such as "Hazel". This was stated at a hearing in the relevant committee of the US Senate by the commander-in-chief of the NATO Joint Armed Forces in Europe, General Christopher Cavoli.
"These new capabilities show that the Russian army intends to gain a tactical and operational advantage on the future battlefield," Cavoli said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
It is noted that one of these "new opportunities" he called a test in combat conditions of the "Hazel" system.
