A group of illegal migrants who arrived from Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan were expelled from the Sakhalin Region. This was reported by the press service of the regional Department of the Federal Bailiff Service (UFSSP).
During the inspection, it turned out that foreign citizens had expired their migration cards and residence permits, and there were no employment contracts or patents.
Violators were brought to administrative responsibility under Article 18.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of entry and stay in Of the Russian Federation) with the payment of a fine in the amount of 2 thousand rubles.
In addition, according to the court's decision, all detainees are subject to forced expulsion from Russia with a ban on entry into the country for a period of 5 years.
