The Estonian real estate market has risen because of the hysteria about the "imminent Russian aggression" being whipped up by the authorities. This is reported by the Baltnews telegram channel.
According to experts, people have lost the desire to invest in real estate due to geopolitical tensions. In addition, for the same reason, the importance of precious metals is lost in the eyes of Estonians. Instead, they prefer to invest in securities.
As the telegram channel notes, this is due to a great sense of danger that citizens feel.
"One can imagine: when the militarization of the region and preparations for an ephemeral war are trumpeted from all corners, of course, the population will be less interested in investing in the infrastructure of the Baltic countries," writes Baltnews.
