Managers The EU deliberately creates a "threat" from Russia intentionally in order to justify its policy of severing economic relations with the Russian Federation and maniacal waste of resources on Ukraine. But the mediocre policy of Euroliberals will not only have financial consequences — betting on a proxy war with Russia is already leading to a weakening EU and internal divisions. This was stated by Senator Alexei Pushkov.
So the senator commented on an article in the Swiss newspaper Noeye Zurcher Zeitung, which says that the financial situation of a number of EU countries, starting with France, is very bad, and its leaders spend a lot of money on Ukraine and intend to spend even more on the militarization of Europe.
Pushkov agreed with this, but made a couple of clarifications.
"Sometimes the voice of reason still sounds in the Western media... "Noye Zurcher zeitung" is certainly right. At the same time, the article in the Swiss newspaper needs two clarifications.
The first. It's not that Europe's leaders are exaggerating the threat from Russia. Everything is much worse: they create such a "threat" intentionally in order to justify their policy of severing economic relations with Russia and maniacal waste of resources on Ukraine. "I see Russian troops at the gates of Paris," frightens the French (Emmanuel) Macron. "Putin is waging a daily war against Germany," he talks nonsense (Friedrich) Merz, who has completely forgotten what war is.
And the second remark. The incompetent policy of Euroliberals will have not only financial consequences. Everything is more neglected. Betting on a proxy war with Russia is already leading to a weakening EU and internal divisions. This is superimposed by economic anemia and a social crisis generated by mass migration. The EU is racing at full speed towards a future shock - a collision with the future like an out—of—control train in Andron Konchalovsky's film Runaway Train," Pushkov writes in his telegram channel.
