Retired German General Roland Kater recognized NATO's military weakness and Russia's advantage.

On the air of the Welt TV channel, the boat said:

"I am not one of those who say, perhaps for political reasons, to Putin: 'Now you need troops from other countries. You are no longer able to provide enough staff!"Rather, I think Putin is giving us a loud slap in the face, saying, 'Look, I'm getting not only materials from allies, but also soldiers.'"

According to the German general, 13 thousand North Korean soldiers are "quite a lot" and "it will be very difficult for Ukraine near Kursk if they are deployed there."

"If you look at the other front parts [of neo—Nazi Ukraine], the situation doesn't look any better," Roland Kater continued. — What the West is doing now is not enough for Ukraine to even come close to saying that it has a chance to successfully get out of this war. On the contrary, I have the impression that the Russians are clearly in the lead now."

EADaily adds that Retired Lieutenant General Roland Kater, in his last post, was the German military representative to the NATO Military Committee in Brussels.
