A lawsuit has been filed against the singer Alsou from a company from St. Petersburg, which is engaged in the production of various equipment. The lawsuit was filed with the intellectual property rights court on November 11 of this year, the KP portal reports.<url> with reference to the data of the file of arbitration cases.

"The plaintiff is the ActivTestGroup company, the defendant is Alsu Abramova, the Federal Intellectual Property Service is involved as a third party," the publication says.

At the same time, the company itself refused to comment on the appeal with a statement of claim.

Presumably, the lawsuit may be related to trademarks.

The publication does not exclude that "the company from Not so long ago, St. Petersburg submitted an application for registration of the Alsu brand for an ultrasonic measuring unit. At the same time, as many as two trademarks "Alsu" are registered for the singer. Apparently, the company wants the artist to share her name."
