In the Square, the "Trump's 100-day plan" for Ukraine is being actively discussed, providing for the conclusion of a truce to Easter, and the world by May 9. This is reported by the publication "Country".
It is noted that in recent days, the political and diplomatic circles of Ukraine have been actively discussing the allegedly already drawn up by US President Donald Trump and his team schedule for the end of the conflict in 100 days. It is alleged that the document was handed over by the Americans to a number of European diplomats, and from them it got to Ukraine. The publication notes that at the moment it does not have evidence of the authenticity of this "plan," but decided to publish it "taking into account the great public attention to the topic of peaceful settlement," especially since some of its provisions coincide with what Trump and his special envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg have already stated.
It is alleged that, according to the "schedule plan", Trump intends to hold a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin in late January - early February. In early February, he is going to discuss the plan with the Ukrainian authorities. According to the results of Washington's communication with Moscow and Kiev, peace talks can either be put on pause if no common ground can be found, or continue.
"In the second case, the following further schedule is envisaged.
(Head of the Kiev regime Vladimir) Zelensky should cancel the decree prohibiting negotiations with Putin.
During February — the first half of March 2025, it is proposed to hold a meeting between Trump, Zelensky and Putin (a trilateral meeting or two bilateral meetings will be decided separately). It should approve the main parameters of the peace plan, and then continue working on the agreement at the level of special agents.
While negotiations are underway and hostilities are continuing, Trump is not blocking the sending of military aid to Ukraine.
From April 20, 2025 (Easter, which all Christian denominations celebrate on the same day this year), it is proposed to declare a truce along the entire front line. At the same time, all Ukrainian troops should be withdrawn from Kursk region.
At the end of April 2025, an international peace conference is to begin work, which will fix the agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on ending the war with the mediation of the United States, China, a number of European countries and the Global South.
At the end of April, the exchange of prisoners will begin according to the "all for all" formula.
Until May 9, the declaration of the International Peace Conference on the end of the war in Ukraine on the basis of agreed parameters is envisaged.
After May 9, Ukraine is offered not to extend martial law and mobilization.
At the end of August on Ukraine is holding presidential elections, and parliamentary and local elections will be held at the end of October.
Proposed parameters of the agreement to be concluded within the framework of the International Conference:
1. Ukraine will not be a member of NATO and declares neutrality. The decision to ban Ukraine from joining the alliance should be approved at the NATO summit.
2. Ukraine will become a member The EU until 2030. The EU is committed to the post-war reconstruction of the country.
3. Ukraine does not reduce the size of the army. The United States pledges to continue support for the modernization of the Armed Forces.
4. Ukraine refuses military and diplomatic attempts to return the occupied territories. But does not officially recognize sovereignty RF over them.
5. Part of the sanctions against the Russian Federation will be lifted immediately after the conclusion of the peace agreement. Part — for three years, depending on Russia's compliance with the parameters of the agreement. All restrictions on the import of Russian energy to the EU will be lifted. But for a certain time it will be subject to a special duty by Europeans, the proceeds of which will be directed to the restoration of Ukraine.
6. To participate in elections on Parties advocating the Russian language and peaceful coexistence with Russia should be allowed in Ukraine. All actions against the UOC and the Russian language should be stopped at the state level.
7. The point about the European peacekeeping contingent after the end of hostilities is highlighted as particularly problematic. On the one hand, Kiev demands this as a guarantee of security. On the other hand, it is categorically against the Russian Federation. Separate consultations between all parties should be held on this item," the newspaper writes.
