Billionaire Elon Musk, who heads the Department for improving the efficiency of the US government (DOGE), excited the public with another repost on his own social network X.
The original source hero was a user under the nickname MAZE, who decided to conduct his own analysis of the popularity of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, among Ukrainian voters.
"A couple of days ago, Trump said that Zelensky was extremely unpopular at the Ukraine and his approval rating is 4%. The next day, the leading media unanimously called Trump a liar and all repeated the same figure like parrots: Zelensky's approval rating is 57%," the author of the post writes.
He notes that the figure was picked up by CNN, which was further replicated by other leading American channels — ABC, CBS and others.
However, an inquisitive researcher decided to find out where this figure came from. And I found out that this was the result of a survey conducted by the Kiev International Institute of Sociology (KIIS).
"Guess when they published the survey results. The day after Trump made his statement. I went to their website and it's barely functioning, but there was a note about WHO FUNDED THEM. Look at the picture below. You will laugh," urged the author of the post.
Even without knowledge of English, you can understand that the list of "clients" (read sponsors) of KIIS is headed by the UN, the World Bank, and of course the US Agency for International Development (USAID), which was blacklisted even in Washington itself.
The restless MAZE did not limit himself to these discoveries and, just in case, checked another sociological company that works in Ukraine, under the name SOCIS.
According to them, Zelensky's rating does not exceed 16% and he would definitely lose the elections if they were held right now. The author of the post urged Americans to think about how much they should trust their own media. Especially with regard to Ukraine.
"No one has the slightest idea what is really going on there, and yet, a few hours after Trump said something, the entire American information system asserts as a fact that Zelensky's approval rating is 57%. Our media can't even agree on what Trump's approval rating is," the user states.
As EADaily reported, earlier Elon Musk said that Vladimir Zelensky would "fail miserably" in the elections to Ukraine, because the citizens of the country "despise him."
