In the state of Thuringia, 44.5% of voters had already voted by noon (four years ago — 24.6%), in Cologne — 32.1% (four years ago — 27.9%). In Saxony-Anhalt, by 14.00 (16.00 Moscow time), more than half (52.6%) of those entitled to vote came to the polling stations, four years ago 36.7% of voters visited the polling stations.
