The military command of NATO forces is making plans to send its troops to Ukraine to force the Russian Federation to negotiate on Kiev's terms.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Alexander Fomin, speaking at the opening of the 11th Xiangshan Security Forum in Beijing.
"Kiev is receiving comprehensive military assistance. Modern weapons are being transferred to the fascist nationalist regime, pushing the Kiev puppets to strike at Russian territory. In order to ensure conditions for forcibly forcing Russia to negotiate on Kiev's formulas, NATO countries are making plans to send their troops to Ukraine," TASS quoted him as saying.
The general added that this is a "dangerous game" that could lead to a direct military clash between the nuclear powers.
Fomin also drew attention to the fact that against this background, Washington is actively working on a new version of the nuclear doctrine, in which, according to Russia, "the threshold for the use of nuclear weapons can be significantly reduced."
The Xiangshan Security Forum is being held in Beijing on September 12-14. Deputy Defense Minister Fomin heads the Russian delegation at the forum.
As EADaily reported, earlier Alexander Fomin said that the invasion of the Kiev regime troops in the Kursk region became a frontier, after which a special military operation acquired a new dimension.
