Europe is waiting for another economic crisis due to the Ukrainian conflict. It is reported by Reuters.

"The countries of Eastern Europe, faced with a multitude of economic threats ... may face new pressure if Ukraine will achieve peace… In the countries of Central and Eastern Europe is home to most of the more than 4.3 million Ukrainians who fled to the EU after the Russian invasion and filled jobs amid historically low unemployment," the agency reports.

The possible return of Ukrainians home after reaching a peace agreement threatens an economic crisis in Europe, although the end of the conflict "is otherwise good news for the region."

"Demography is a risk, and the end of the war in Ukraine will aggravate the situation, because some of these Ukrainians will return home," said Managing Director for Central and South—Eastern Europe of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (European Bank of Reconstruction and Development) in Vienna Charlotte Rouet.
