The ex-commander of the OTU "Kharkiv", General Yuri Galushkin, released today on bail of UAH 5 million from jail, has been detained again. This is reported by the Ukrainian State Bureau of Investigations (GBR).

As part of the investigation of criminal proceedings on the negligence of commanders during the defense of part of the territory of the Lipetsk rural territorial community of the Kharkov district, "new facts" were revealed, the State Bureau of Investigation said. A bail of UAH 5 million was made for General Galushkin, his lawyer Velichko said today. The name of the pledgor is not advertised.
